Randon Cupp has lived in Flagstaff for the past 35 years.   Currently he serves as the Regional President with Foothills Bank. Serving as President allows Randon to engage with the community, both consumer and commercial customers.

 

Randon summed up his organization by stating, "The community banking model with Foothills Bank is perfect with our customers as it gives us local decision-making, combined with deepening relationships. I define myself as a relationship banker, not a transaction banker, but a relationship that grows together."

Mr. Cupp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Northern Arizona University 

and the University of Phoenix, Prescott, Arizona.
